I have no idea how the physics of this stuff works, but am satisfied that time and space are not real, but are only aspects of our perception. So the bottom line is: We have a far greater power of consciousness than we realize, and our obliviousness is probably because we are hypnotized by our own belief in reality as physical.

...and I did enjoy how you played with it. I hear that there are those, deep in the bowels of our intel community, who actually can play with time, and do what you playfully suggest. That would mean that they can be entirely self-funding, to do whatever. I haven't seen any evidence of that, however, but am on the lookout. Never can tell what those rascals are up to.
